Please be advised that daily attendance is recorded by clocking in and out through Portico (formerly known as CourseKey), which serves as your official proof of attendance. Any adjustments not reflected in Portico will not affect your official attendance record. Diamond (student portal) is the system used to track attendance, and students are responsible for regularly reviewing their records. The attendance displayed in the student portal is the official record and directly impacts your academic standing. Any errors or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours. If you fail to clock in or out, any correction request must be verified and approved by your instructor. Forgetting to clock in or out successfully and on time will not be considered a valid excuse. All requests must be submitted via email to the Registrar’s Office and must include Ms. Brittny Hill, Ms. Valladares, and your instructor.
