Upon completion of this course, student will learn the medical insurance industry, legal issues surrounding insurance claims processing and are emerged into insurance industry basics learning about the different types of insurance coverage, plan options, and an examination of the insurance policy itself. Students also learn how to perform basic coding and are introduced to their first insurance form.
